Jack S. Tonge Jr., OD
I am a long-time resident of North Georgia and a graduate of Duluth High School. I attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee and completed my undergraduate work at both Furman University and The University of Georgia. I served as a US Army Officer with the Medical Service Corps. I am a member of the American Optometric Association and The Georgia Optometric Association. I have received an Achievement Award from the Lions Lighthouse, a Distinguished Service Award from Lions International and a Service Achievement Award from the American Optometric Association. Tonge Eye Care has been in business since 1974 serving the Lawrenceville area. In my spare time I enjoy travel, sports, reading, science fiction and cooking. I am the father of three sons and one daughter.
